step 1 : login in to your router
step 2 : beetel router default router ip is 192.168.1.1
step 3: enter that ip into your browser
step 4 : login with default admin user and password
step 5 : USERNAME : admin
step 6 : password : password
step 7  : then goto setup module
step 8 :  click on  lan  -> DHCP




here show a one button   " show client " click there


show your client list in
