sudo -u postgres createuser user01;
$ sudo -u postgres createdb userdb;
$ sudo -u postgres psql
psql (10.12 (Ubuntu 10.12-0ubuntu0.18.04.1))
Type "help" for help.

postgres=# alter user user01 with encrypted password 'user01';
ALTER ROLE
postgres=# grant all privileges on database userdb to user01;
GRANT
postgres=# \q


database :userdb
user : user01
passworrd : user01
